Teaching experience encompasses all aspects of classroom teaching, curriculum development, academic advisement, and participation in institutional governance. Courses include 100, 300, and 400 level classes, supervision of internships in community-based businesses and participation in professional organizations associated with majors and concentrations.
The classes taught include Economics for Business, Introduction to Foreign Cultures, Diversity in Organizations, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Field Experience in Personnel Physiology.At Washington State University 80% of students come from the Personnel Psychology/HR Administration major in the Psychology Department and 20% come form all concentrations in the Business School, Human Development, and Creative Media and Digital Culture Departments.At Warner Pacific University, all students were practicing business professionals participating in the Adult Degree Program.
