Jean Back Bio:

Jean Back (with Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, a pacific northwest law firm), brings more than 25 years of experience in helping employers solve problems to complicated employment scenarios.  Although Jean has clients in all industries she is a member of Schwabe’s manufacturing and technology industry groups.  She has broad expertise in litigation, mediation, and settlement of employment and business tort claims.  She is fluent in all areas of state and federal employment, wage and hour, discrimination, and leave laws.  She is skilled at training managers and employees in employment compliance.

Amy Robinson Bio: 

Amy Robinson is a Shareholder at Jordan Ramis PC, a Pacific Northwest law firm with offices in Vancouver, Washington, as well as Lake Oswego and Bend, Oregon, where she focuses her practice on employment law. Amy brings her prior experience as a Human Resource professional, to help her clients successfully navigate the full range of employment issues that arise in today’s workplace, including disability and accommodation, employee complaints and grievances, wage and hour compliance, employee leaves, performance management and discipline, and discrimination and harassment. In addition to her work counseling, educating and representing employers, she also continues to train other HR professionals and conducts external/third party investigations on workplace-related issues.
